may i know the status of the case regarding sub engineer placement in APTRANSCO which was filed in high court of AP by the contract workers who demanding 45 marks for their experience in the written examination against to fresh candidates.

Today I have called Prassana Lakshmi madam, she told that the case has been finalized in the court with the judgement of 25 marks weightage to the contract workers. The copy from court is not yet received, once it is received the recruitment process will be started and recruitment process will take 2 months of time. Lets hope best to happen.

WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate SRI CHANDRAIAH SUNKARA presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.1 to 4 in providing the exorbitant weightage marks of 45 @ 2.5.marks per every half year (180 days) para iii (6) III (vi), 8 (ii) of the Notifications, dated 20.1.2012, 14.12.2011 & 31.01.2012 issued by the 1st to 3rd respondents respectively for recruitment to the posts of sub Engineers (Electrical), as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles, 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the said paragraphs providing the said weightage marks to the Contract Labour and direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to limit the maximum weightage marks to a reasonable limit i.e. 15 @ 3 marks per every completed year or @ 1.5 marks for every completed 6 months period or any other suitable weightage marks, by considering the year of passing of the qualifying examination also, in the Notifications dated 20.1.2012, 14.12.2011 & 31.1.2012 issued by the 1st to 3rd respondents respectively for recruitment to the posts of Sub-Engineers (Electrical), by suitably revising the said Notifications;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI CHANDRAIAH SUNKARA, Advocate for the Petitioner, and Sri P. Lakshma Reddy, takes notice to respondents and seeks time for counter, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in three weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition.
