Default Parolee Detained

Case where Parolee is in a relational dispute from a Break Up. Month later ex of parolee gets a warrant application hearing scheduled for the Month old incident of alleged Simple Battery.

1) Parolee was free and aware of the scheduled "Claim for Warrant Application Hearing" and Date Time.

2) Seems like there was a warrant issued for violation in advance to the warrant application hearing, and on a traffic violation Parolee was taken into custody and transferred to the jurisdiction pending alleged warrant for simple battery.
Questions are

How was the warrant issued when the his Parole officer was unaware of the warrant issued in advance?

Can the Judge in the incident jurisdiction issue the warrant for VOP for the alleged incident and pending hearing?

Seems like that parolee should not have been picked up on a warrant that is still pending.

help please

I wish to inform you that the laws of your State will have jurisdiction in this matter. Generally, if a parolee commits a crime while out on parole, he could be arrested and placed back in prison/jail. The parolee needs to contact an attorney and seek guidance.

What does matter, he asked the question and if you don't have an answer perhaps keep to yourself and don't waste everybody's time.

Your wasting everyone's time by asking questions that make no sense. If a warrant was issued the arrest was valid. PERIOD.

Mystical parolee needs an attorney.

Any violation in the terms of parole can result in returning to jail and cancellation of parole. Further the court may impose additional penalties and punishment based on the nature of the crime committed by the parolee.
