The exercise of compiling a Claim Form has enabled a lot of account holders to bring together their records and put key items into a single document.

This is an important exercise. With the passage of time, this is an important refresher.

Further, the importance of upline and downline lists of names and their contacts is of very real importance. It is through upline and downline connectivity that the vast majority of account holders will be found. This has been demonstrated through this exercise on several occasions. Upline records show the date a person opened an account, then the amount of that persons initial deposit and further information unfolds from that.

The exercise of finding people will most likely be a major program with a great deal of resources applied, especially in the initial two years when this show gets going.

Remember there is an administration fund. There will be a massive go find the account holders and confirm each one of them, one by one.

A global team of experienced searchers will be tasked for at least two years and finding the true owners of account holders. This will be a very thorough endeavour of bringing the rightful beneficiaries to the correct accounts. This is particularly so for account holders who are deceased. The estate beneficiaries will be identified.

The default process is then to be the Global Humanitarian Fund. No government will be in the line for the few who will be impossible to find.

Each one of us will be able assist with our knowledge of others who are account holders. The upline and downline records on the database will be a major tool in bringing those who have walked away from this. Most true account holders will be found.

Meanwhile all the pressure points that we have created are bringing about the cooperation that is required. We will have break through progressively on all fronts.

Budi (or any other moderator) nevers says ANYTHING about just what the so-called FP is doing, and has not done so for at least 18 months now. I even doubt the FP did anything before that.

Oh dear, looks like some very long delays ahead. So the data base Budi claimed to have doesn't exist? The number of times he claimed it was being "repaired" was a whopper?

Claim forms are going in, so there's no need to keep paying the FP now. As Littlewhitegirl pointed out, what exactly can she do now anyway?

The whole purpose behind these latest updates was to get people excited that something good was happening finally and what better way than claiming the payment processing system was being implemented. Don Quixote also knew that it would get people to come back and increase the donor pool for Cyrstal. The last purpose was to buy more time and his claim that it could take up to 2 more years did exactly that. This way he has denial plausibility when nothing happens in the next 2 years.

Never mind that he claimed early on that he had the database of the members, and the members had previously submitted all the same information he is now requesting they provide again for the payment process. He counted on them forgetting they had already done this years ago.

Notice that the courier still has not been able to deliver the packages, and the courier can't because they don't exist. You will get an excuse as to what is holding up the process, and you can bet it will be even more of a story than the courier being in an automobile accident and killed, his cell phone sotlen and then magically re-appeared.

One thing is for sure, the coming updates are going to me just more lies and living in fantasyland than in all the previous 12 years combined.

The men in white jackets need to come and pay Don Quixote a visit and save him from himself.

Budi just found a couple of working fax numbers in Germany to give out and created a 'claim form' to use. That is all he needed for his latest play.

The courier process continues and the cooperation from Simon may emerge possibly in the coming week.

Claims filed number 353 and amount to a little over US$42 B.

As it is understood that the Settlement Agreement of 2007 required $240 B to be made available for an estimated 35,000 accounts then one can calculate the average account balance back then. Take that figure and what we have done is compound quarterly interest at 4.5% which multiplies the 2007 figure by 7.25 to provided a Claim amount.

As you can see, the Claims presently going in represent the higher end value of the accounts, not the overall average account.

In the last couple of days, the number of Claim copies coming through to me has dropped of dramatically. Kindly consider your situation and submit a Claim.
