Default What Senator Hillary Clinton didn't do is a serious crime-Will she be prosecuted?

What Senator Hillary Clinton didn’t do about donations from her brother’s Panama bank account and Jack Goldberg may be a serious crime. Does what she deliberately ignored now make her an accessory to murder due to her inaction?

To be fair, Senator Hillary Clinton as well as Governor Jeb Bush could safely argue that they simply did not know that the campaign contributions they were receiving from a multi-millionaire Assistant U.S. Attorney in New York named Jack Goldberg were illegal drug sale proceeds. After all, Goldberg said they were stock market profits. What he did not say were that the shares were purchased with the drug monies. They can also say that they did not know Jack Goldberg owned a night club called Adams Apple in New York where Wall Street insiders came to trade their tips for cocaine. We would have to give them the benefit of the doubt. They could even say they had no clue that Jack Goldberg had a brother who was a convicted drug dealer and that Jack himself was business partners with a corrupt FBI agent named Terry Nelson who was arrested in 1997 by the RCMP in Saskatchewan with 4 tons of cocaine.Again, we would have to believe they were in the dark about it all. But after September of 2001 that would all change and their deniability was instantly gone.

Because on September 20th, 2001 Fedex confirmed that Hillary’s office received a package from a Toronto GTA lawyer and that package contained a five page letter, a video tape and an audio tape, both containing solid evidence that Terry Nelson (now retired from the FBI with over 20 million in assets) and Jack Goldberg were engaged in massive drug smuggling into the U.S. and Canada. In fact a former U.S. Treasury Agent who Nelson tried to recruit three times, and who was an FBI informant for a year at a government front company called American Financial Group (Panama roots explained below). She also learned of murders and links to Enron corruption linked to this group, most notably the execution of FBI informant and Wall Street insider Alain Chalem. As a law abiding citizen and ethical member of the U.S. Senate, she would certainly have to stop taking money from the Goldbergs, especially since they funneled it through her brother’s (Hugh Rodham) bank account in Panama at Morgan & Morgan to “avoid taxes” they insisted. For sure, she would not touch their money again, right?

Wrong. She continued to accept the money since it came from a Panama Bank account and she figured at the very worst, it could only be traced to her brother Hugh. As a Senator of New York she had a legal obligation to, at the very least send the letter and recordings she received to the Directors of the DEA, IRS, the Attorney General, and the New York State Attorney’s office for investigation. But she didn’t do that. Probably because she was going to launch her own Senate investigation, right?Wrong again. She did nothing. Absolutely nothing.Just like FBI Director Mueller she ignored the lawyer publicly, but privately, her actions may have been despicable.
Here are the first two pages of the 5 page letter. All 5 pages are a matter of court record in Ontario Superior Court Case E-19-00 and 36 subsequent filings at the Ontario Court of Appeals in Toronto’s Ossgoode Hall and Supreme Court of Canada. Indeed, this is not fiction.

What happened next are a string of dirty tricks in Canada where no attention would be focused on Hillary nor the FBI director. The lawyer who sent that inconvenient letter was just recently arrested on August 14th, 2001 for child abuse. His career would soon be over if the legal world of Toronto heard the news. Not long afterwards he was invited to visit Panama for three days where in fact he does not have a single client. Magically his court file at the Tom Davis Courthouse in Brampton, Ontario regarding the child abuse was “sealed” (just like Terry Nelson’s court file in Regina,
Sakatchewan). Then when his whistle blower client demanded the return of evidence entrusted to him with a motion to the court, according to the court record, he told Justice Rosenberg, “I seemed to have misplaced a few items”.Three of the items he “seemed to have misplaced” were the tapes he sent to Senator Clinton, a hand-written letter from a Canadian John Pierre Gonyou who was a witness to Enron insider trading off-shore that used two Panama bank accounts belonging to U,S, officials at Morgan & Morgan, and a death threat note someone had placed on the family car of his client .The story of this lawyer becomes more bizarre as he arranged for his client to meet with 4 U.S. officials to work out a resolution but then refuses to sit in on the meeting as a witness or even arrange to record the meeting.

At the extradition hearing, the lawyer never once raises a single question, much less demand a dismissal or even make an objection that the Court was never provided any “charging documents” from the U.S. government, a mandatory legal requirement. In essence, without the presence of charging documents, the extradition hearing was an illegal proceeding. He even failed to tell the court that his client was not indicted for any crime in America nor anywhere else!(Court transcripts confirm all this to be true), But the same lawyer “forgets” to call five defense witnesses and makes not a single objection when his client is denied his charter and constitutional right to “address the court” or even testify on his own behalf, as he was also instructed by his client. See the exhibits of the official Law Society Complaint filed against this lawyer at http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com (they contain the pertinent court transcrpts)

But getting back to Senator Clinton… had she done the right thing and requested a Senate or DEA, or IRS investigation in 2001 when she received the letter and evidence, any investigator with a financial background would have learned about the drug moneys being laundered on Wall Street (as was revealed and admitted by HSBC in 2014) AND… most importantly, they would have noticed the massive derivatives fraud based on even larger mortgage frauds and put a stop to it immediately. In short, the 2008 financial collapse would have been prevented if Senator Hillary Clinton did not opt to simply turn a blind eye. In the legal world this is called “willful ignorance of a crime” and yes it is a felony in 32 states and at the federal level if the public is the victim.

Regarding the murder… Had Senator Clinton handled that 2001 letter from Gilmour properly, John P. Wheeler would be alive today and would not have been murdered in 2010 for investigating the same crimes identified in the same letter she chose to ignore. Of course, she may have never even met or knew of Bush’s Presidential Aide nor that he was trying to get Scooter Libby and his former boss arrested for insider trading related to Enron, but, her inaction in 2001 allowed a tragic chain of events to occur as you can read here. Widow of Pentagon's Wheeler craves answers on his mysterious death - USATODAY.com

Therefore, most people of average IQ and especially those that believe integrity and ethics are important qualities of any world leader, might now want to compare Senator Clinton to Senator Sanders or other Presidential candidates. What people choose NOT to do is sometimes more important and revealing than their actual actions. Even a 15 year old forgotten crime is important. According to an old Chinese proverb, “A tiger never change their stripes”.

Okay the 2001 letter checks out to be real, but why aren't the other three pages posted here? This is some sinister **** for sure, but let's be fair. Hillary is no more or less guilty than the FBI director, Senator Biden, or the FBI agent Tom Doktor. What did THEY do to investigate and arrest people?

I agree she should have cut things off with Goldberg immediately. To me that was her only mistake and since she is only human I can live with a mistake like that because it is hard to say "no" to money when it costs about $1 million to run for a Senate seat these days. Hopee fully she learned from her mistakes. Since I am a Trump man I want to see Hillary in September when she can explain all this for herself at the debates.
