All confusing waffle again.

But at least more money for the "first Payee" is very clear!

Here ya go:

Hi all,
No word yet on where the legal contact work stands, but that is not unexpected. As per the first go round, we won't get wind of the status until after the fact. FP's attorney will let FP decide when, where, and to whom she will disclose any info, and it's possible that FP's attorney's instructions say that he must even approach his client (FP) in certain discreet ways. (My speculation entirely).
Anyway, here are a few bits and pieces that will fill in around some of the info that has already been communicated.
The international banker and the high end British lawyer do know each other, so that is not an entirely foreign relationship.
The high end British lawyer will connect with a substantial USA attorney. This attorney will connect with FP's attorney. They know each other from having been on opposing sides of a court case some time ago.
The couriers may actually have multiple drops to FP through her attorney. Lots of info besides what could be on thumb drives? We don't know, but it is curious.
Although Kohler has been nominated, he apparently won't be contacted until after FP has received the package and has had a chance to get into the contents.
The investigation by the EU and the investigation into Posek are both winding their way along slowly. As you might imagine there are all kinds of forces coming to bear on the processes. Documents continue to be "missing" which only adds fuel to the fire, but it also slows progress.
One thing that is emerging is that Germany may be trying to play the angle that this is all Simon Church's fault and therefor his responsibility. It will be interesting to see how his presence on the panel of five might influence that tack by the Germans, especially if he is cooperating and funds are being paid to investors.
The additional legal person FP would like to see connected with the negotiations/payout process, is apparently willing. The person is on the Queens Counsel of the UK, which represents the top 10% or better of the barristers in the UK. This person would work directly for FP and could fill a number of roles including negotiating for FP and legal representation. This would be a great relationship for FP and all of us.
On the home front, it is the 13th here in the US and we have 2 days to go to cover our last $525. Since the 15th will fall on this weekend, we actually have until Monday to close the gap. If you are considering helping FP, please jump in over the next couple of days. Info will likely be coming in during the same time period and we will be concluding our 2nd week into the kingpin's timetable. No matter what the info is, FP will be wrapping up emails, if needed, to spur the other side on, so she continues to push forward for all of us. Thanks again for your generous help in prayer, thought, and financial support. Every bit of it makes a difference.
Running with you,
Flash10

Whatever he writes will be creative writing 201, but all BS. He has to get his money's worth out of his mail order creative writing class.

Just more of the same ol' excuses and more money for the "first useless payee". Nothing ever changes.

Hello All 0311:

Yes, we will all be happy and different people once we see the end of this.

Even though we look at individual events and see human frailties displayed to their ultimate - that is clearly the profession of some!

The overall picture is that a lot of elements have to come together all at the same time and that looks like January is a big green go button.

Structures and programs on various fronts are all converging to a completion point in the weeks of January.

As much as we push and probe, unless everything is lining up then progress is haphazard. It now looks like what had to line up is now doing so.

cheers for now, Budi

So much for that then!
