Good day! Si august po ito regarding s loan account nyo kay fastcash.

Ano n pong balita sa inyo kase kung wala pong report na maipprovide sa account nyo today eh baka maisama na din po kayo pra sa final listing ng mga for isasama sa for field visiting at for processing ng legal cases.

hello ano pong pede kong isagot sa kanila.... kc paid na ako ng 1k den nag demand sila na 7k oks na. Nagbayad ako 7k. Madami kasing requirments c NPC neeed konpang pa notarized need ko ba tong sagutin ka stress. Si sec walang sagot sakin.

Kung kayo ay nakatanggap kahit isang beses lang ng panghaharass sa mga Online Lending Apps ay WAG NA WAG NYO NAPONG BAYARAN ANG INYONG BALANSE. Sumangguni napo ang ilang biktima kay Sir Tulfo at sinabi napo ng attorney ng NPC on air sa programa nila na ang harassment ay harap harapang paglabag sa moral constitution. Kung kayo po ay patuloy pading nakatatanggap ng harassment ay idiretso napo ang sumbong or complaint kay Sir Tulfo at sa kanyang programa.

Ang importante po ay WAG NANG BAYARAN ANG BALANSE dahil hindi po ito matitigil hanggat may pondo silang ginagamit na pagpapaikot ng kanilang operasyon. Hindi po matitigil ang predatory cycle na ito hanggat sa may natatanggap silang payments. Maaaring maclear kayo sa balanse nyo at mapanatag loob nyo subalit maaaring may mabiktima nanaman silang kababayan natin na nangangailangan.

Manalig po lamang at patuloy padin pong ipaglaban ang ating karapatan. Tandaan: walang katumbas na kahit anong halaga ang paninira sa puri dahil lamang sa katiting na pera.

INQUIRER.NET SEC SHUTS DOWN 6 MORE ILLEGAL LENDING OPERATIONS

MANILA, Philippines – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has ordered the shutdown of six more illegal online lending operators which had been cited for abusive debt collection practices.

In an order issued dated Oct. 24, the SEC En Banc issued a cease and desist order against Batis Loan, Happy Credit, Easy Cash, Wahana Credit & Loan Corp., PesoMaMa and Light Kredit effective immediately.

The order extends to the agents, representatives and promoters, the owners of the hosting sites and all persons acting for and on behalf of the online lending operators.

“Considering that these online lending operators are not incorporated entities or have no certificate of authority to operate as lending companies or financing companies, the lending activities and transaction are illegal and must be immediately stopped by this Commission,” the cease and desist order read./gsg

So napakabait tumawag ng Cashmart Collectors tapos next calls hindi na ako kinakausap (which is bawal na bawal sa batas dahil dapat nagsasalita at nagpapakilala sila). Tinakot ko na lang sila. Sundin niyo lang itong pinost ko. Bawal ginawa nilang pagpapadala ng legal threat sa email or text. Ulitin niyo lang sa kanila na makakalusot sila sa SEC registration pero hindi sa BSP, lalo na sa batas ng Pilipinas.

Know Your Rights
The law protects your rights as a consumer. Such abusive behaviors are considered illegal under the Philippine Credit Card Industry Act of 2016, which requires fair treatment from debt collection agencies and prohibits the following practices:

-Using threat or violence to harm a person physically or one’s reputation or property
-Using insults and profanities
-Revealing the names of cardholders who refuse to pay debts
-Threatening to take any legal action (which cannot be legally taken)
-Communicating false credit information such as when a debt is being disputed
-Using deceptive means to collect debts or get information about the cardholder
-Calling the cardholder at unreasonable/inconvenient times such as before 6:00 PM. or after 10:00 PM, except when the cardholder has allowed it, or if the account is overdue for more than two months

What to Do When Collection Agents Harass You
-Record each call. Each time a collection agent calls you, use your mobile phone’s built-in voice recorder or a separate recorder for landline calls. The information from the recorded calls can help you in filing a complaint against the collection agency. Tell the caller that your call is being recorded.
-Get as many details as possible about the caller. Ask for the full name, company the agent is representing, and the reason for the call. Take note of these details, which will be important when you report the matter to the BSP.
-Contact the BSP’s Financial Consumer Affairs Group (consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph or (02) 708- 7087) and provide the necessary information about your complaint.
-Apply for the Inter-Bank Debt Relief Program (IDRP). Of course, you need to settle your credit card debts. If you’re having a hard time repaying, you can seek help from the IDRP through the Credit Card Association of the Philippines.
