Women seeking divorce

A legally separated couple married second time and approached court of law for divorce.

Women filing divorce petition complaining about her husband for his sadism , harresement etc. it is only 6 months they married.
1. Husband is not willing to accept the child who born from her first marriage. Which condition was told very earlier and accepted before marriage and now denying.
2. The mediation approaches within the family elders are utterly failed due to his sadism.

Can she get divorce?

I wish to inform you that you may seek divorce based upon cruelty. While saddism may not be regarded as a ground for divorce but harassment along with acts against child from first marriage may be regarded as acts of cruelty. Further your second marriage may be regarded as valid only if a court ordered divorce was taken in first marriage.

If the couples move together for a divorce on mutual consent they will get divorce without spending much time and strain. It is good to seek assistance of a lawyer for moving divorce petition.

The women have a right to go to the law and ask for a divorce if she is being harassed by her Husband and can even ask for money if needed. It will be good for her to talk about it to her lawyer so that he could help her provide with the divorce and also some alimony for her compensation.
