Petition for the beneficiary?
What should I use "has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?" field?

I wish to inform you that type of relationship will determine legal requirement. In this regard you may sponsor parent, child and or spouse. In form I-130 you can select relationship with beneficiary. You may be required to include Affidavit of Support.

If you are the only petitioner and have not petitioned for the beneficiary before, your answer should be “No” for that field.
