As one poster noted you MUST contact the bankruptcy court to pursue your claim.
And don't just sit around waiting or you will lose your rights to make any claim--if it's not already too late. |

They are fully out of business now right?
That's what it seems but there are still a bunch of web pages that make you think they might still be around. I still had a few hundred dollars they were supposed to be holding from 4 or 5 yrs ago. |

If you didn't seek any claim in the bankruptcy, you probably have no options--unless they somehow did not give you notice of the bankruptcy. And even then, their wont really be any assets you can pursue now. |
