Default Baby powder lawsuits

What ever happened with all those baby powder lawsuits?
Do we as customers have a legal right to payment?
Will that be coming? My family used it ALL the time for years, and never suspected it was dangerous.

There are plenty of resources online about the class action lawsuits. Feel free to read them.

The trouble with class action lawsuits is that the primary plaintiff and the lawyers get the lion's share of the settlement or award money and the thousands of members of the class get coupons or small checks.

If you were medically harmed by the baby powder due to a product defect you should have filed your own lawsuit.

Were you harmed?

If not, then forget it and move on.

Hard to tell sometimes if you were harmed.

I use the product a lot too and now wonder what I did to myself?
One more thing to worry about.

If you can prove that the cause of the disease was due to the usage of a particular baby product you can file a law suit against the brand seeking compensation.
