If at all there is any case filed on you, it can be closed by issuing a POA to any lawyer in the UAE. Once the case is closed you can come back anyday you wish.

I am currently in The UAE , Dubai to be more precise and I have past 2 months of due already since i have lost my Job and is currently facing finance issues from my home country.

1. How long would it take before dunia would file a case against me.
2. i have a loan of 25000 with them and never activated the credit card.


I need your help as they keep on sending me emails.... i want to try opting for a debt consolidation but i think my credit score is bad already
