What constitutes California workplace harassment?
California Workplace Harassment: Your Questions, Answered: It is defined as a form employment discrimination that breaks Title VII of the following:
• The Civil Rights Act of 1964,
• The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA),
• The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA),
