Default Is coronavirus covered by worker's comp?

Would coronavirus treatments be covered by worker's comp if you get it on the job?
For example when working at a restaurant?
Would you have to prove it happened on the job?

Corona virus treatments will be covered by worker's comp if you can prove that you were infected during the course of employment. Two tests must be satisfied before any illness or disease, including the Corona virus, qualifies as occupational and thus compensable under workers’ compensation:
  • The illness or disease must be “occupational,” meaning that it arose out of and was in the course and scope of the employment; and
  • The illness or disease must arise out of or be caused by conditions “peculiar” to the work.
