There are lots of people in county jail that didn't pay their fine or child support or whatever.
Figure out a way to pay it or the risk is high. Borrow from family or friends if need be.

You must have to pay the fine. Please manage money within due date(please ask your friends, family members or any known person for money).

I think fines should be based on your taxable income.

350 dollars e.g. is a fortune to me but means nothing to the local banker.

The punishment is unfair for lower income relative to higher income.

That's ridiculous. If fines weren't painful they wouldn't be a deterrent. If you don't want to be fined for traffic infractions, don't commit any.

It's that simple.
