Default Tecnocasa, Torremolinos, and Spain offices, reviews and complaints

Is it legal for Tecnocasa employees to enter into our building (which is also specifically marked Privado by the way) and start knocking on doors looking for business?
They do this constantly and our community administrator has even warned them to stop several times.
Can I take some further action against them? Report them to the city authorities e.g.?

NO it is NOT legal.
And it is a part of their standard operating business plan.

I would suggest informing the city, the local police and the civil guard.
The more complaints the better, that how things get changed.

In my building the community president had to run Tecnocasa staff off the property more than 5 times! Their trespassing is a danger to the building residents and building security.

Complaints form/Hoja de Reclamación

These forms should be available in every establishment by law. If the business does not hold a book (libro de reclamaciones) you can involve your local police. Your local consumer office OMIC linked to the town halls can assist you to lodge your complaint.

Inform Tecnocasa you want to file a complaint. If they refuse to allow the official complaints form to be filed, absolutely call the police or civil guard.

I do not recommend this company for the following things:

As an insider I can tell you a lot.
To begin with, even if they say it is not a cold call, it is. You will be the first month and a half without being discharged so that if you are not worth it to them, they throw you out without claiming or paying anything.

The salary and commissions that they claim to pay, they do not pay them, the franchisee is a scoundrel and scammer.

As for the apartments and houses you have to take them as cheap as possible (and purposely hide all defects) even knowing that they are worth more to sell them very quickly (Tecnocasa is not professional).

Sold us a flat with no electricity, water and gas supplies - putting in a sales contract (compra-venta) THEY will arrange it but in the end we paid for it all! They refused and told us "take us to court".
Very bad service.

SCAM!

This is to explain our experience with Tecnocasa and to warn you of their bad ways of working.

The operation went from lie to lie starting with:

- they were selling us a flat with a storage room that we didn't have later.

Also the useable square meters was 25% less then the "useable" amount on the advertisement.

- They threatened us by saying that if we didn't give them € 3,000 in black (under the table) and without the owners knowing???, they wouldn't sell us the flat.

According to them, if they did not do so, they would be left without commission.

All of these illegal payments and nonsense were too much, and finally after all that wasted time we just had to walk away.

BIG SCAM.

¡ESTAFA!

Gran estafa.

They asked me to pay part of the price on the contract and then pay another extra amount under the table without reporting it to the government.
They said it happens "all the time" ??

Is this true?

It seems to me you could go to jail, for tax evasion?

________

I wish to inform you that you may file a complaint for harassment and other violations of law with city law enforcement or consumer agencies, and/or by visiting the nearest police station. Alternatively, you may file a complaint in the Court. Finally, you may contact a local attorney and seek guidance on the way forward.

The people there seemed focused on sales sales sales, but have no real training in real estate and don't even seem to know many basic real estate issues.

And no real estate license.
