Default Police Certificate (criminal record)

I am a Romanian citizen and i will be starting working in Poland from February, for an american company which is operating also in Poland. One year ago, I was drunk driving and the sentence I received, under Romanian law, is not considered to be a conviction (it is called "delaying the application of the sentence").
I signed the contract with my employer in Poland, and now, I gave them my consent to conduct an accurate background check on me. They are asking me for a police certificate (criminal record) but, there is no actual deadline by when I have to provide them with it. In December 2018, I will be de jure "rehabilitated".
Is there any chance they will fire me after I provide them with my record?
Thank you in advance for your answer!

I wish to inform you that it is wish of your employer to keep employment or not. Generally your employment agreement my determine rights of termination by your employer. If your employer thinks such an act may affect performance of your duty then they may take action otherwise they may not take action. Action regarding continuation of employment depends upon agreement between parties.

It is good to check the company policy regarding their stand on drunk driving charges. If they are not paying much attention to it you will not lose your job.

Usually, applications to work for American companies ask the question if you have a criminal record. Read the question carefully, then answer truthfully exactly what the question asks. For example, the question may ask if you have every been convicted of a felony (which is a serious crime in America). So, you could say no if that is true, even if you have been convicted of a lesser crime (like a misdemeanor or drunk driving). Also, the company will almost certainly remind you to give them your police report before another full year is up, so you should get your police report now, see what it says, and be prepared to answer any questions in a manner that casts you in the best possible light. If the company asks about it, you should be prepared to explain why it happened, and what steps you have taken to be sure that it does not happen again.
