Yes, it's legal in most circumstances.
Oklahoma is a one party consent state which means that a person can record a conversation between himself and you without your knowledge or consent.
The statute is Title 13-176.4 Paragraph 5:
Same goes for video unless the video is for any illegal, illegitimate, prurient, lewd or lascivious purpose.
The statute is Title 21 Section 1171:
