As Lexus previously noted:

In order to obtain a divorce your petition should be based on any of the grounds meant for divorce and it should be filed in the family court of the jurisdiction. Spouses can also file divorce petition mutually to save time and unwanted litigation. It is good to file divorce through a lawyer.

I wish to inform you that Mutual Consent Divorce came into force in 1976 by amendment in the Hindu Marriage Act. After filing petition and recording statements there is a six month cooling off period. If there are no pending differences among the parties, thereafter, the divorce may be granted by the Court.

If the parties agrees on all issues in a divorce case, the fastest method is to file the case by mutual consent. It is better to consult a lawyer in this matter to get a speedy result.

Hello,

You cannot take divorce before two months if both parties agreed because of government rules. They have to do some legal work according to case & after that, they will give you one month if the situation is handled. In most of the case, I saw after one month their decision is changed. Wait till the time duration not over.
Thanks...

A couple can seek a divorce from the court by filing a joint application before the court. This can be done when both parties wish to part peacefully.

you can check this link if the divorce is of mutual consent
