Default Disbarred for Sick Certificate

Can i be disbarred as a lawyer in South Africa for forging a sick certificate ? what section in the Uniform Rules-of-Ethics refer to this?

yes there is evidence against me. I took the certificate off my ex boyfriends desk and handed it in to HR. He now intends to report the matter the my place of work.

I wish to inform you that it is stated by the Law Society of South Africa on their Website that attorneys are officers of the court and well-trained professionals. They are bound by the rules of professional conduct of the provincial law society where their firms are based. They should not indulge in unethical or fraudulent conduct. A complaint may be made with the attorney's provincial law society, or by a call or e-mail to Trustline in the Law Society of South Africa.

Not likely you would be disbarred totally but some discipline is possible.

If law enforcement were to take up the case your odds of disbarment would certainly seem likely.
We don't know the facts here but forging any material document could be serious.
On the other hand, a simple sick note might not be "quite" that serious.
