Default Bringing my wife to Poland


I am living in Poland since last year. I am working in a company and i have got my 3 years card. I also want to bring my wife. So my question is what will be the requirement of an spouse visa for poland?

I wish to inform you that the spouse may apply for temporary visa of up to 90 days or National D-type visa for longer stay periods. You may contact the local embassy of Poland in the home country for further guidance.
