Hi, I would like to start an LLB asap and have at the last minute decided that doing distance learning from the UK may be better than within my own country South africa. My question is am I allowed to do this as a SA citizen, do I qualify ? and also if I did end up following through with studies in SA what happens to my degree if I immigrate ... is it valid ?
