Default Land contract and buyer not putting in his name

I have a land contract that I am the seller. It was drawn up and written by me and the buyer. I. The contract no time limit was given for the buyer to put in his name. We had a verbal agreeing for one year, it's now been over 3 and no steps have been made by the buyer to finance. Is there anyway we can void, or force their hand to make them do it?

We are in WV.
