Default Cryptocurrency money transfer problem

I sent about 240 USD in Litecoin to a merchant that claims they accepted such currency.

Now after three days she claims she is still processing the transaction.
It showed in my account as sent and confirmed within an hour or less.

What can I do now? Can I take her to small claims if she refuses to acknowledge receipt of these crypto funds?
She is not sending the product till she "processes" the crypto funds she says??

I wish to inform you that you may forward the proof of payment confirmation to the seller. Generally, it may take 3 to 5 working days to transfer funds from the cryptocurrency payment gateway to the bank account of the merchant. Further, you may issue a notice to the merchant to supply the product. If the matter is not resolved by the merchant, you may file a lawsuit in the Small Claims Court. You may claim damages and costs. Alternatively, you may contact an attorney and seek guidance.

As noted, the payment may be delayed to her because of processing and conversion.

You can give them a reasonable time to process the transaction and if they are repeating the same answer you can file a complaint against them. It is good to consult a lawyer in this matter.

It is very easy to file in small claims against the person.
Just have all your proof and records in order when you do so--if it comes to that.
