If police clearance certificate is no longer needed then do not worry as the citizenship application will not have any negative impact for the foreign debt.

Bank will not settle for anything less if you are approaching them. Just do not bother any of their emails and they will come up with a good settlement offer and you can bargain at that point of time if you really want to settle it.

Hi
I'd like to know if the one-day court system is valid in Abu Dhabi as well?
All I read is Dubai and Dubai!
Why are the banking rules in every state different?
The rule where credit card defaulter can get things done by just paying a fine applied to Abu Dhabi too?

If you have a case been filed by any banks, you have to close the case and you would be give the certificate and to close the case it takes not much effort depending on the Emirate.

In Dubai it is called as a One Day Court or a misdemeanor court, Fast Track Court is the name given to a court in Abu Dhabi which is similar to One Day Court.
