I just reread your post. I never said I had a pimp or anything like that, and I never said my public defender didn't tell me what I was agreeing to. He did. Maybe you should reread my posting. I think you are confused, or are you trying to make me think I sound stupid? If you are going to do that than you will kinda need to use " what I really said." I thought we were having an intelligent battle here.

Lets put the pieces together. You were an escort confined to her home and terrified by her boyfriend, who was not there. You called 911 because you were on drugs and afraid of him. You received a PD, which means you were a hooker or a very poor escort, since they make 10 times what a hooker makes, yet you had a PD. You were on drugs in court, which is why you plead out apparently, according to the facts hiding within your story. Though you may or may not have gotten your life together, you still do not have a clue how the legal system works.

Well to anyone who might be in a similar situation, I hope you found that there is hope and if you keep searching for believable answers from non prejudiced sources you will be able to find the truth. God bless everyone.

You have too many pieces wrong. I did not ever say I was afraid of a boyfriend. I said I was terrified of my rapist. He drugged me when he raped me. I thought he bugged my phone, because I was awake for five days. I was too afraid to sleep. I called 911and said I was going to blow up my house to get quick police response, since I thought my rapist heard my phone call to the police and would get to me to kill me before police arrived. It sounds crazy, but in the mental state I was in from the rape it seemed like a very realistic possibility to me at the time. I did not do any illegal drugs at any point in time of this situation including when I went to court. I was put on sedatives from a doctor after the rape for many months and depression meds. I could not function in life for many months, and I certainly did not continue in the escort business to afford a lawyer.

I apologize. It really sounds like you hit a crash and burn time in your life. What did you plead out to? What was the sentence?

And I pled out because it was the only option my public.defender have me. The fact I was on prescription drugs/narcotics and a mental disaster is why I did not question that or much less anything else.
I don't think the kind of service I used to provide matters unless you can bring a good reason to light.
Yes, you are right, and I don't have a clue to how the legal system works. That's what got me into this situation and why us the public depends on lawyers to be honest to us and truely work for our best interest even when we have a public defender in our case.

Did you plead out to anything less than a felony? If so, expungment is possible.
