Default A medical student hit a nerve

Hi. I donated blood through a school blood donation program. But unfortunately, an intern has hit a nerve. It's causing me so much discomfort. How can I make the school or someone liable?

I wish to inform you that Medical malpractice suits are claims based on tort. Negligence suits require proof that a party failed to observe, for the protection of the interest of another person, that degree of care, precaution, and vigilance which the circumstances justly demand, whereby such other person suffers injury (Layugan vs. Intermediate Appellate Court). You may contact an attorney and seek guidance.

Nerves are extremely important in ensuring the body functions properly. They are responsible for controlling sensitivity and sensation throughout the body, and any damage suffered can have serious consequences. This might involve loss of or enhancement of sensation, including significantly increased pain, victims may not be able to work or function as they normally would as the discomfort can be extreme.

When medical students make mistakes, the Medical College may be held liable for damages. In most cases, physicians are held liable for any errors on behalf of their students and interns. Under vicarious liability, hospitals may be held liable.

The hospital could be considered liable for student and intern errors that are committed within their facility, especially when student or interns are considered hospital employees. In certain cases, a patient could file a lawsuit through a medical malpractice attorney against the student, the supervising physician, and the hospital.
