I have viva internet subscription and im about to leave the country (kuwait)and never come back having exit visa and will expire in april 5 will I have any problem and hold my flight on airport or it is fine not to pay my remaining internet contract

You would not have any issues to exit even if that is not paid.

Can I ask why is it posible not to pay viva internet postpaid contract beacause to be honest my internet contract will expire next year but in some unexpected circumstanses i lost my job and the company cancel my visa and also expires this april 5 2018 that requires me to go back to my home country,and ill make it clear I have cancel visa and my flight schedule is april 3 11:30pm sorry to ask to much because paying the whole contract just to cancel it knowing that I have to pay it is very painful.

If you are running current with the payments, you will probably not have any problems to exit the country. Only if you have defaulted and they have filed against you, then would be the difficult situation.

I have unpaid loan in Kw...It was 30000kwd in the start...Now rest 24870kwd.Some Cedar international company contacte me for loan.Now I am in Europe out of job..and I have no money enough to replay.What to do?

Nothing much, just avoid them and dont bother as they cannot do anything at all legally against you in the country you are in now.

Nothing at all, all you have to do is avoid Kuwait in transit or with any layovers.

I am in kuwait now and took a bank loan from NBK. Unfortunately my assignment over here and have to go back to India.
There is no due i the installment till the date..
Can i cancell the visa and travel back to India?
Is there is any travel ban will come out?

if you have no due installments pending then you can exit without any issues.
