Question Florida -Case Law- no affordable housing in school zone

Does anyone know of a case law that can be used for a tenant not to be evicted that has to do with no other affordable housing available in the school zone where we live?

No. There is no law that says you can't be evicted simply because you are unable to find housing you can afford in the current area where your children attend school.

If you can't afford the neighborhood, you'll have to move to a different area where you CAN afford to rent. If that means your children have to change schools, then so be it. Your children aren't entitled to attend a particular school of their choice (unless, of course, it is a private school, and you can also afford to pay for that choice of schools for them).
