There was no mention of one of the parents being deceased. If both parents are deceased, taking this stance, then the question is moot for it will be an issue for the state or next of kin.

We like to try to deal with the facts are they are posed and not go off on hypothetical tangents.

Now I know you are having serious cognitive problems. I suggest you obtain a medical consultation. You cannot interpret even the most basic of statements correctly.

Despite all the arguing above I guess I get the point here.

But I am intent on having my kids stay with my mom for at least a year, and the ex is crazily against it, but he never takes any of the responsibilities himself.
