Default Online - Cyber Law - Websites / Affiliates / Money Making Questions

I have a series of questions that i haven't really found anyone that could help me with . I currently live in Cyprus and the laws there are not clear but i guess EU law supersedes the local laws so here we go:

I am thinking about getting involved in affiliated marketing , i see a lot of people getting into adult affiliate marketing and drive traffic to adult offers etc . Is this allowed in the EU ? Do the means of getting the traffic matter ? For example i see people driving traffic by re-uploading porn video into various porn tubes etc , or using any other grayish methods . Is there a list of what is allowed or not ? Or is it never checked?

I see alot of forums just like cracked.to , cracking.org etc charging for memerships using paypal , stripe etc . How are these websites legal and not being taken down since they have tools and cracked passwords and accounts. I know some of them operate into the EU for sure.

I am wondering how can websites like blackhatworld.com which is in the UK are legal . Users share tools , accounts and passwords there that are not legally obtained. What is the law on that and what are the loopholes?

What about gambling , lottery , online casino affiliates . Can i advertise within the EU , is it legal ?

In general i feel there is nowhere a place where i can clearly check what is legal for me to do and make money online and what is not. Recently i saw i the news several people were jailed in EU for selling illegal medicine . Does that include the affiliates ? How do they check it ?

I appreciate all the help i can get . Lets help other people also wondering if their online business is within legal boarders or not.

I wish to inform you that on May 25th, 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) went into full effect. Under GDPR, if your Website is getting traffic from anywhere within the EU then you need to abide by the GDPR guidelines. While the regulations are intended to apply to companies worldwide, they don't necessarily apply to affiliate marketers that don't intentionally target EU consumers with their Websites, content, products, and currency pricing. You may contact an attorney and seek guidance.

Many illegal sites operate for a while before they are shut down and the creators are then at times jailed.

You can't hack, you cannot sell passwords or illegal items, or fake goods, or prescription drugs.

You CAN operate adult sites but cannot legally steal or copy somebody else's images.

Bottom line if you think it is probably wrong, it usually is.

Don't put yourself in the risk zone, there are too many other ways to make money.
Be creative!!
