To ask a new question go to our homepage located at: www.legaljunkies.com and then scroll down the page and select the area of law that applies. Click that area of law and you will see a button for "New Thread" (see the image attached below).

It is usually a good idea to have an attorney for yourself at least briefly look over any settlement agreement. Unless the amount at issue is very limited.
