Default Is it legal for school to take away unbanned fat burners?

New York

Hello my question is:
Is it legal for a school to take away unbanned fat burners from student? If its illegal how could the student take it back from school? Thanks for helping

It's legal. If the school administrators say don't bring that stuff into school then you don't bring it to school. Period.

If you bring it, you lose it.

If the school announced the ban of fat burners in the school they can take away it from the students. Normally the schools handover it to parents if they request. It is good to communicate the matter with the school management rather than moving for a case.

Within reason. They can't e.g. ban water...or apples...
