Alam kong nagsign kayo ng promissory note and thus binding yung terms and conditions pero sa Art. 1306 of the Civil Code of the Philippines pwede magenter into any contract (freedom of stipulation) PROVIDED that it is not contrary to law, MORALS, good customs, public order, or public policy. Additionally,if you look at case law from decisions of the Supreme Court (Rey v Anson) you'll see that the Court CAN and WILL declare an interest rate that is unconscionable void ab initio or declare the imposition of the legal interest rate of 6-12% per annum as the case may be. Additionally, Robocash may argue that you entered into the contract willingly naman pero Castro v Tan would tell us that the willingness of the parties to enter into a relation involving an unconscionable interest rate is inconsequential to the validity of the stipulated rate. This means that while you did willingly enter into a contract with Robocash or any lending agency, if di na makatao ang interest rate, they may sue you in court pero they'll be wasting their money because all they'll receive is the principal and legal interest or nothing at their expense. Pero if nagbayad na kayo extension after extension and the total sum of what you've already paid will be more than the sum of the principal plus legal interest rate, the payday loan agency will be the one to return the excess kasi they unlawfully profited from an unconscionable intrest rate in accordance with Art. 22 of the Civil Code against UNJUST ENRICHMENT. 2.5% per day is definitely unconscionable kababayan. Sa Bulos Jr. v Yasuma nga sinabi ng Court na 4% PER MONTH is already outrageous what more itong interest rate ni Robocash na 2.5% per day? KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. I don't judge you for having loans because I know how hard the world can be but I DO JUDGE OUR AGENCIES FOR ALLOWING PAY DAY LOANS AND OTHER LENDING AGENCIES TO CONTINUE OPERATING DESPITE BEING UNLAWFUL

Look at SEC website.

Me po. Both Tala and OKPeso. I already destroyed my sim card na ginamit kong pang register.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Mag iingat po and keep yourself healthy. You're doing the right thing. Ingat and God bless po sa lahat.
