Default Wrongly stopped by loss prevention at Walmart

I was stopped right before I left Walmart. The L.P asked me for my receipt. I had receipt in my hand he proceeded to grab my purse from my arm. He said I was shoplifting and I said no I wasn't give me my purse back. He said no I told him he couldn't just take my purse. I got my purse back left store. Walked to my car no cops were called the L.P didn't follow or tell me to stay in store. I just got home and my wallet is gone. I had it in my hand and must have fallen in the store. My I.D is in my wallet. What do I do to get it back? They think I was shoplifting so I'm scared to go back to get it.

Call up and ask for the store manager. Ask him/her to see if the wallet turned up in the lost and found. If it did, make an appointment with him/her to pick it up.

If it doesn't turn up today, do what you have to do to cancel credit cards and replace your ID, license, etc.

Then write to corporate about your treatment.

If you didn't shoplift then you shouldn't be worried about going back.

So this guy just randomly picked on you for no reason? Hard to believe. I'm sure you left out some other relevant information.

If you feel mentally hurt you can file a complaint against them. You can demand surveillance footage from the store that you shoplift.

Well they DO make mistakes.
No loss prevention is perfect, that's for sure.
