Default US marshals gave me documents from a court in Europe

I had us marshals come to my house and hand me documents from a court in Europe about some stranger I met on a mobile phone app/game. The papers detail he killed his wife and the court is asking me to go to Europe to appear but I don’t understand why I am involved or what is going on.
The marshals didn’t know what else to tell me and asked that I sign the paperwork but I don’t see any paperwork and I am kind of scared about this.
What should I do?

Talk to a lawyer familiar with international law, particularly the country in question.

Provide no further details on the internet.

Normally a US court has to give you the order (and order you) on behalf of a foreign court or it is NOT binding on you.
