    Antiguan Adult Adoption

    I'm an 20 year old Antiguan citizen who is curious as to whether or not it is legal for me to adopt a 19 year old friend who also is an Antiguan citizen.

      I wish to inform you that generally in Antigua there should be an age gap of 25 years between the adopted person and the person adopting. The High Court deals with adoption matters and you may contact an attorney in the High Court and seek guidance.
