Default Sister has taken mother for a visit and will not come back

I have power of attorney and am my mother's caretaker. On 10/29/18 my sister took my mother for a visit. She is now refusing to bring my mother home. My mother only has enough of her medication to last through today. Also my sisters home is not safe for my mother to live in. The porch is unstable, house is full of mold, and my mother can not be left alone and both my sister and her husband work full time.
What can I do?

You need to file a writ of habeus corpus on behalf of your mother. This will obligate your sister to present your mother to the court/judge.

You can file it in circuit court.
