Default "Send her back" chant at work

NY

Trying to be funny one guy at work who I do not like starting chanting at me "Send Her Back" Send her back... (like trump campaigns do)

I am from France, which is not the worse place to be sent back to , ok -- but is this chant acceptable at work and can I press some kind of legal charge or something.

HR told me he wont do it again and just ignore it this time.

Probably a good idea. This time.

But if he does it again, report it to HIS boss in writing (copy to HR) and mention Hostile Work Environment.

Stuff like this can get swept under the rug if you don't lay a paper trail.
