Default Law school's ranking might be based on faulty data

The University of St. Thomas School of Law was ranked the No. 116 law school in the country by U.S. News and World Report this year, up 16 spots from last year. But that increase may be due to an error the Minneapolis school made when reporting its employment rate.

Doesn't that just encourage all these schools to fib with the data, if they can.

Is it all that really subjective and sensitive? if it is, you know there will be games played. My niece is applying to four different schools and frankly it all seems slightly overwhelming to me.
