Default What is correct way for bi weekly paid employees paid hourly?

Georgia

What is correct way for bi weekly paid employees paid hourly with hours worked one week 46.16 and 49.43 next week at 15.00 hour? His pay stub has it 96.6000 total hours with regular pay of 87.0333 hours at 15.00 hour and 9.5667 hours at 7.50hour is this correct? I though anything over 40 hours per week is time and half.

It would be a simple matter to call the GA Dept of Labor and ask that question.
