Default Can I withdraw this plea now--48 hrs later?

I accepted a plea bargain in a minor misdemeanor case.

But after I accepted I learned that I was told the law incorrectly by the police that arrested me, and what I did may not even be a crime.
I just signed what I was given eventually.

Can I withdraw this plea now--48 hrs later?
I did not have any legal counsel hired by me. If that matters.

Yeah, it matters.

Better get a lawyer now, and see if you can salvage the situation.

I wish to inform you that if a motion to withdraw a plea of guilty or nolo contendere is made before sentence is imposed, the court may permit the plea to be withdrawn if the defendant shows any fair and just reason. At any later time, a plea may be set aside only on direct appeal or by motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. You may contact an attorney and seek guidance in this matter.

You can’t plead guilty to something that isn’t a crime.

Perhaps you discovered you didn’t get a good deal.
