Default Copyright infringement if I monetize the technology?

I developed a technology based on Artificial Intelligence which produces its own music in real time. The thing is that I teach MY system by using copyrighted music. Will I have any copyright infringement if I monetize the technology? Thanks.

I wish to inform you that IPRs related to creative works, usually protected by copyright, can be exploited and monetized; in this context, it is important to know the term of the statutory legal protection in your country. You may contact an attorney and seek further guidance.

If you are using copyrighted contents it is always good to take precautions to avoid penalty. You should consult a lawyer in this regard before you launch the technology.

I think if you use the copyrighted works to produce new works, then there is a strong chance that selling those works and that technology will be an infringement.

But it may depend HOW that is really done,

If this is an issue of first impression--and it seems it might be--then you need to have legal counsel skilled in this practice review HOW your technology really works and why it is not infringing on the copyright (or other IP laws).
