Default “Trade Assurance”

I got involved in a dispute with a supplier (Mainland China) over a chemical compound, which I purchased on online on “Trade Assurance” an outfit within settled the dispute with a verdict I consider unsatisfactory.
Can I get (and how) any form of legal redress?
