Default Car accident with bike

I ran my bike into a car that stopped suddenly.

Am I liable for sure 100%?

Assuming that you rear ended the car, yes.

These are the elements of negligence:

Following too closely.
Failure to control your vehicle.
Speed to fast for conditions.

If you have a homeowners or renters policy, your insurance might pay for the damage to the car.

Certainly the presumption is that it was your fault.

And when you hit from the back there aren't too many normal reasons why the front car is responsible.

If you can prove that the car stopped suddenly for no reason and no one can expect such a situation and control the bike to avoid rear ending.

That's nonsensical.

I can't think of any excuse that wold help you.
There is no excuse for not having enough room to stop, no matter what happens in front of you.
