DUI in Iceland. Will it show in the USA?

My brother got a DUI in Iceland. They let him go after paying a fine. Will the DUI be on his record back home in Chicago?

I wish to inform you that Iceland record may not be reflected in USA. In US generally violations committed in US may be reflected.

More and more the Europeans integrate their databases with the US and vice versa but I agree as of today that is not likely to show back in the USA.
