Gosh I have not played on that site for about 15 years.
Even then they had issues about banning and controlling players.
Yes, they're still at it.

I had my main which account was hacked, data stolen and TNT doesn't compensate anything. Once I logged in, trying to get back on track, they froze me within less than a month for cheating on flash games which was weird because I was playing normally. Apparently their games were glitching. And now they chain froze all other accounts of other family members sharing the same IP.

You go use a private browser, you'll see how many trackers they have on their site. I believe they erased our data, or sold them, I don't know. And now happily freezing everyone at their slightest mistake.

What do their terms of service say about disputes?

Where and how?

You can sue them or arbitrate if need be. Others have done so, even in small claims, in the past.

I'm so suing Neopets for unfairly freezing an account which was on hiatus (main account), and then froze another account I made after that which I used to send them ticket number on neoboards. Multiple account abuse, they said, and rudely replied my email like I was actually guilty. I had only one account. And when asked what evidence they have against me, they said they cannot disclose such information. Is that even legal what they did??

I don't know why they can't improve their support systems and so-called oversight.
After all these years.

It's the one thing that really sucks at their site.
