Default GUARDIAN FINANCE & ADVOCACY SERVICES MICHIGAN

Does anybody have any information about these people running this organization? They are in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo Michigan.

We have had some issues with non-paid bills and other "failure to pay" issues.
We hired this firm and we are paying them, but we are becoming a bit concerned.

They have defaulted on over a dozen bills so far that they had legal responsibility to pay??

It's not a scam or some kind of fraud is it?

Online reviews and complaint sites seem not very clear?
I am not sure if the business is new or not.

There are a few other reviews about not being able to get bills paid on time even though that is a key duty and function of the organization.

I suppose you could hold them liable for any extra fees or service interruption problems if that occurs.

This is not a consumer affairs site. Your questions are not legal ones.

We hired them for my family's farm and then one day without telling anybody they sold all of the equipment on the land. It was crazy and was NOT the right timing.

Be careful with this firm. I would say only hire them when no family alternatives exist, WHATSOEVER.
