Re: 4 DWI convictions in NY
I wish to inform you that applicants with three or four alcohol convictions or incidents within the preceding 25 years, without a serious driving offense and whose revocation does result from an alcohol or drugged driving conviction or incident, will be denied re-licensing for five years in addition to the statutory revocation period, and then will be re-licensed with a problem driver restriction for 5 years with an ignition interlock. However if conviction is with a serious driving offense then you may be permanently denied a driver license, unless there are unusual, extenuating and compelling circumstances.

Applicants? Who is applying and for what?
I wish to inform you that there is no such thing as a "problem driver restriction".
Maybe you can provide a source for your information?
Since you seem to be some sort of a robot I doubt you will respond.- Quote
