Default Cheaptrips.com

I ordered a Cheaptrips.com membership for $110 and they never sent me the membership package (they only called me repeatedly to try and sell me an upgrade). Finally I got sick of them calling and not sending the package so I requested a refund over the phone and then submitted a letter asking for a refund. It has been over a year and I have yet to receive a package or refund. What do I do?

Sue em in small claims! You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
