Default Suing ATT in small claims court

Can I sue ATT in small claims court if the amount in dispute is approx. 188 dollars?

A business corp can be taken to small claims right?
Nothing restricts that? Does it?

I wish to inform you that AT & T has stated on it's Website that the service agreement includes disputes to be resolved in binding Arbitration or Small Claims Court. You may file a lawsuit in the Small Claims Court.

What service agreement? You don't even know the context here. As usual.

Thanks for regurgitating information already provided.

ATT consumer products contracts almost all have an arbitration clause, but most of the contracts allow smaller matters to ALSO be heard in small claims.

Check your terms of service and you will see the section on disputes.

ATT was involved in a major US Supreme Court case a few years back that upheld the corporation's right to to force arbitration in many circumstances.

I would try to work through customer service, they can be pretty good there at AT&T once you get past the basic bureaucracy.
Court options should be the very last resort.

Yes, you can sue a business corporation in a small claims court as the claim amount if below the small claim court’s monetary jurisdiction.
